Why?
Why March 25? Because this was the traditional start of the new year in Britain up until the mid-eighteenth century. And because it gives us more time to think about it, without being rushed into something after the hubbub of Christmas.
And why themes and not resolutions? Well, this was an idea I got from the Cortext Podcast. Here’s a video which explains some of their principles.
